- What class is best for beginners?

For adults, Gracie Combatives is the beginner program of choice. In Combatives we teach you the 36 essential techniques that will keep you safe in a real life altercation.

If you are a woman, you also have the option of Women Empowered in addition to Gracie Combatives. In Women Empowered you will learn to defeat the most common types of attack women face from a larger attacker.

All of the kids programs are all beginner friendly.

- Can I attend multiple classes per week?

Yes you can! In order to get the most out of the time you put in we recommend training at least twice a week. This helps with retention and development of reflexes. Our unlimited memberships allow you to attend every class we offer for your program each week.

- What should I wear to my first BJJ class?

It is best to wear comfortable athletic clothing and easy to remove shoes like flip-flops, slides, or sandals. We will provide you with a Gi (uniform) for your first class free of charge.

- How does the 10-day free trial work?

Once you make an appointment for your first class, all you need to do is come in an have a great time learning BJJ. At the end of your class, if you loved it, let us know and we will give you the next 10 days to train for free so that you can fully understand what our program is all about. That's it. Its 100% risk free with no strings attached. If you love your training, you can sign up, and if not we will never charge you.
